Stampin Up’s OnStage #Home

Each year Stampin Up Demonstrators have the opportunity to gather together throughout the world to celebrate each other’s accomplishments and to have an early view of upcoming products that will launch in our next Catalogue offering.

This has become one of my very favourite parts of being a Demonstrator, the excitement of seeing all the new gorgeousness and the sense of being with others that love this creative movement as much as I do makes me really look forward to these events.

This year though with all the issues that the world is facing with travel and staying safe, the event took place virtually over 3 days the 5th, 6th and 7th of November, and I have to say it was great. There are definitley upsides as well as downsides to not being able to meet in person. It’s really about joining in in whatever way that can be accommodated right now! There were presentations and stamp set previews, speakers and one of my highlights was a mini concert from Pat Benatar and her husband Neil Giraldo! Where else could you have a private concert in your stamp space in your loungwear? She sounded amazing and it took me way back to the 80’s. So much so that I’ve been singing her songs all weekend.

What a genius booking, I had been missing my fix of live music this year and they really made this event so memorable for me.

We got the chance to order a product selection from the January – June catalogue in advance to create some make and take projects during the event. These gorgeous papers are from the Dandy Garden Suite and this Suite is classed as a Mega Suite as there are not one but two Stamp Set Bundles that coordinate with this paper. There’s lots of my new favourite in-colour Misty Moonlight in this paper as well as Bumble Bee which I love too! It’s such a usable stack of papers in 6 x 6 inch format.

The Dragonfly that is the scene stealer in these make and take cards is a coordinating Punch from the Suite and it is available in a Bundle with the Dragonfly Garden Stamp set. It punches, not one, but two different sized Dragonflies, it’s beautiful, and you can punch out Dragonflies from the patterned paper……..HELLO!, genius or what?

One of the things I love about how Stampin Up honour their Demos is that those that celebrate the milestone of $1 million sales get to help design their own stamp set with the illustrators at the company. There are several of these stamp sets in each of the catalogues, the whole process from achieving the sales goal to having your stamps hit the shelves is around 18 months, but WOW! What an amazing achievement. This set is from one such Demo Gail Murray from the United States. The stamp set is called Treasures Of Life and it celebrates being a Grandparent and it is a beautiful set, emotive and nostalgic with simple line art that can be left monocrome or coloured in using various mediums. This set will be available to customers from January in the new seasonal catalogue.

This last set I’m showing today was hilighted by an Australian Demo called Tatiana Tobin and she did such a beautiful job of showing off this Suite of products. Within this Suite is a Bundle containing a stamp set and dies, stunning embossing folder that works with the largest die in the set to 3D emboss a sea scene. There are beautiful papers too, including a pack which is a stunning pearlescent finish. As demos get to preorder these products at the start of December this one is top of my wishlist, among others. I’m so thankful for my discount!

If you really like these products or any Stampin Up products for that matter and have a long wish list and would welcome purchasing at a discount then please think of joining my team. It’s really easy to do and I don’t believe you would regret it for one moment. The Kit is £99 with free postage and you get to choose £130 of any product including any preorder items available to Demonstrators. I would love you to be part of this wonderful community of Stampin Up join me at the next Stampin Up event whether online or preferably in person!
