I recently had the wonderful experience of a fabulous Afternoon Tea at the beautiful Vintage Birdcage Cakery in Yate, Bristol.
I’m fortunate to be able to visit this venue very regularly as my daughter Vee attends mentoring sessions in an adjacent building, but, I’d not had their Afternoon Tea before. Wow it was exceptional, Mum and I had been given gift vouchers for this treat at Christmas, and we were thoroughly spoiled, even down to the bone china teapot and cups and saucers.
There is a very good reason why my business logo is a Teapot!

We had to take some of the cakes home in a lovely box to share with the rest of the family as we were well and truly stuffed. I can highly recommend booking this wonderful treat for a loved one, Mum and I loved it.
In other news………..
New Annual Catalogue Has Launched.

Our next treat is the fabulous New Annual Catalogue and the format of this catalogue has all that was missing last year, we all breathed a collective sigh of satisfaction to see products grouped together and the ‘NEW’ symbol appearing for all the newly launched product. One thing that was retained from last year’s different look were the idea templates & sketches section, in fact there are now 2 sections of these throughout the book, so we have all the good things and the layout issues we disliked are gone. YAY! I do love that the company takes our feedback and listens to us. That is refreshing!
I’m so very excited to see that our Scrapbooking Range has now been integrated into the catalogue and to continue with the coordination that we are renowned for there’s every single Stampin’ Up! colour available in the new 12 x 12 inch 2- Tone Card Stock.
With the new Catalogue Launch we have an amazing Starter Kit Opportunity during the month of MAY, this offer means £71 of free product. The usual offer gives a free product total of £31, so it really is a great opportunity.
You may have asked yourself what the ‘Starter Kit Opportunity’ means? The answer to that is fairly simple, you get to road test what being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator is like. A look behind the curtain, seeing how the teams that design the products create the artwork that becomes paper, stamps & accessories. You get access to pre-orders and chances to get catalogues & products early. You get the opportunity to join Demonstrator only Events both Online and& In-Person. You get to be a part of all the Demonstrator Only Groups, the Community of Stampin’ Up! is one of the best parts for me!
Oh and probably the most important thing to say is that you get 20% discount minimum when you buy and then with our new Reward Scheme for Customers you also get 10% rewards off future purchases when you spend £20 or more on your orders. YES we get DEMO discount and CUSTOMER discount too!!! There are no penalties or items to return if it’s not for you after your kit arrives, but I’m certain that you will find the products amongst the best in the industry.
Being an INkABELLA means that you are a part of my Stamping Family. Some of my Girls just love to stamp and buy at a discount to save on their hobby, some love to hold little get togethers with friends and raise funds for charities that they’re invested in. Sone love to share this fabulous hobby by holding craft workshops and earn themselves some funds to cover the costs of their craft supplies, while enjoying creativity with others. Whatever the journey we all support and care for each other.
For me, it’s all about teaching and inspiring those who believe they aren’t creative. I’m passionate about supporting people who face health challenges—physical or emotional—and helping those who feel isolated or overwhelmed in social settings. Crafting offers more than just a creative outlet; it provides focus, distraction from life’s difficulties, and, most importantly, a sense of achievement. That moment when someone completes a project and feels proud of what they’ve made? It’s powerful. It builds confidence, uplifts the spirit, and reminds them of what they can do, not what they can’t!
