Goody Bag Classes

When the new catalogue launches, my wishlist is endless and as we all know unless we rob a bank and have a craft storeroom and not a craft room or craft corner, we can’t have it all.  I introduced the Goody Bag Class to give my customers a taste of some of the paper packs, ribbon, embellishments and the amazing card stock colours to hi light the co-ordination of Stampin Up products.  Sometimes the pages of a catalogue do not do these products justice.  Sometimes seeing is believing.

So for the first month I thought I would go for some really eye catching glimmer and glitz. The foiling on the heavier weight craft paper is stunning  and the colours in the pack are Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist (new In-Colours 2017-19) Tangerine Tango and Soft Sky. A 6×4 inch piece of all 12 designs is enough to cover a card front with a bit left over and with this stunning paper a sliver can add a real wow. I added into the Kit, card bases in three of these colours and 2 pieces of co-ordinating ribbon in Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist (75 cm of each). These two are my faves of the new five I have to say, though the others are not far behind. A share of the 6X6 inch Wood Textures Papers, a 6×4 inch piece of Gold Glimmer Paper, A striped Gold Treat Bag, 75cm of the new Mini Sequin Trim (love this!) last but not least 1/2 a pack of the new Gold Faceted Gems (36) 12 each of 3 sizes. Oh and of course 3 envelopes for those card bases in the kit.

So all of this comes in a pretty paper bag and we also make 3 cards in addition at the class, there are things in the goody bag that can be used to enhance the cards made on the night though I supply all that is needed for these 3 cards.

The cost for this class is £12 and the contents of the Goody Bag will always be at least £8 in value.  My old class format had my customers making the 3 cards for £8, so they really liked the idea of the product share for just a small additional cost.

I have in addition created a VIP Group in Face Book where I will be creating projects with the Goody Bag contents to show & encourage them to use the items in their bags and not just stroke them – sound familiar???

I will add the cards we made in my next post, so come back and see what we did.

If you might like to join my FB VIP group then please send me a msg using the media buttons to the right and subscribe to my Newsletter should you want to know when these classes happen.
