I just realised that I had forgotten to share the set of cards that I made recently inspired by American Demo Julie Davison, using these FREE stamps from Sale – Bration.

The balloon punch is such a great tool that was added in and I hadn’t used it in a while. Lastly I got to use up another Sale -a -Bration giveaway, the Ombre Papers. Double sided in Garden Green/Blackberry Bliss and Bermuda Bay/Rococo Rose. Plain Ombre and Dotted Ombre.

I love how simple these cards are and I created them in such a small amount of time, flipping the patterned paper to get the most from the ombre effect. I did use the Sentiment from the amazing new Pretty Perennials stamp set with that lovely swirly HAPPY.

I drew in the strings on the balloons, can you tell??? I’m not very much of an artist, that’s for sure! I used the Black Stampin Write Marker, it’s double ended with a fine point and more of a brush tip.

I popped these into one of the Stampin’ Up! acetate card boxes wrapped around a ribbon and gifted the set to a friend.
